The Startup EDGE Grant Program, organized by the Ukrainian Startup Fund, offers financial support to innovative startups in the DeepTech, GreenTech, and EdTech sectors, providing up to €40,000 in non-repayable grants to enhance their competitiveness in Europe and globally, with a transparent evaluation process and a commitment to job creation in Ukraine.

Eligibility Criteria

• 🌍 Geographic Eligibility
• Open to startups registered in Ukraine after January 2020
• 🏢 Legal Status
• Must be a legally registered limited liability company or individual entrepreneur in Ukraine
• 💼 Business Stage
• Must be in the pre-seed or seed stage of development
• 🚫 Product Restrictions
• Cannot produce products/services for military or dual-use purposes
• ❌ Territorial Restrictions
• Companies registered in temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine are not eligible

Participation Commitments

• 📍 Application Submission
• Must submit an application through the USF website by the deadline
• 🔍 Compliance Checks
• Applications will undergo internal compliance checks and expert reviews
• 🎤 Interview Requirement
• Must participate in interviews with the competition committee as part of the evaluation process
