Eligibility Criteria

• Must be in the seed stage with actual market validation (e.g., Monthly Recurring Revenue).
• 👥 Team Requirements
• Must have at least one full-time founder and a technical lead.
• 🌐 Global Expansion
• Team must have a willingness and plan for global expansion and financing.

Participation Commitments

• 📍 Physical Attendance
• Must attend in-person events in Toronto, Canada.
