Eligibility Criteria
- 🌍 Geographic Eligibility
- Open to startups from around the world, but must be able to attend in-person events in Toronto, Canada.
- 🏢 Legal Status
- Must be a legally registered tech-driven, scalable software startup.
- 💼 Business Stage
- Must be in the seed stage with actual market validation (e.g., Monthly Recurring Revenue).
- 👥 Team Requirements
- Must have at least one full-time founder and a technical lead.
- 🌐 Global Expansion
- Team must have a willingness and plan for global expansion and financing.
Participation Commitments
- 📍 Physical Attendance
- Must attend in-person events in Toronto, Canada.
- 🎤 Presentation Requirement
- Must deliver a pitch during the program.
- 💵 Equity Requirement
- Participants must give up 2% common equity in exchange for the program benefits.
- ⏰ Time Commitment
