Eligibility Criteria

• Medical students & graduates in medicine, pharmacy, or medical analytics
• STEM graduates with backgrounds in biotech, biology, chemistry, or physics
• Data & AI specialists working with data, ML, or bioinformatics
• Business founders skilled in business, finance, or marketing
• Ability to identify clinical problems and translate them into innovation opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Participation Commitments

• Must complete a 3-month program duration
• Full-time commitment expected during the fellowship
• Participation in ideation and concept development stages
• Willingness to consider a full-time role after the fellowship
• Regular mentor sessions and project presentations required.
