Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Maldivian citizen aged between 18 and 60
- Can apply individually or as a joint applicant
- Employees of Bank of Maldives and their immediate family members are not eligible
- Business idea must be innovative and represent a startup or newly established business
- Business should not be in operation for more than 12 months
- Applicants must not hold a shareholding position in any other registered business
- Government bodies, business entities, and other state-funded institutions are not eligible
- All applicants must be creditworthy customers of Bank of Maldives
- Must not have unresolved Anti-Money Laundering (AML) queries for over 30 days or outstanding compliance issues
