Eligibility Criteria

• Startups and scaleups must be based in EU Member States or Norway
• Companies must develop technologies with defense or dual-use applications
• Companies should not be subject to control by non-associated third country entities

Participation Commitments

• The program runs for eight months
• Each cohort will include 20 startups; a total of two cohorts with 40 companies are planned for 2026
• Participation in five onsite bootcamps across Europe
