A competitive accelerator program providing funding, mentorship, and structured programming aimed at enhancing the readiness and growth potential of early-stage ventures led by Black founders and founders of color. Participants will engage in a comprehensive evaluation process to ensure their ventures are well-prepared for market success.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to Black founders and founders of color
• Must be building early-stage ventures
• Must be alumni of IDEAinstitute or commit to completing it upon acceptance
• Selection is based on venture readiness, including product strength, team capability, market opportunity, execution capacity, and coachability.

Participation Commitments

• Must complete IDEAinstitute if not already an alumnus
• Participation in structured programming and mentorship sessions
• Commitment to venture readiness evaluation process.
