Eligibility Criteria

• Target audience includes founders, builders, investors, and operators
• For the DC Startup & Tech Week 2026 Pitch Competition, startups must be headquartered or primarily operating out of the DMV (DC, MD, or VA)
• No mandatory geographic, stage, or sector eligibility requirements are publicly stated for attending the closing-day event
• Attendance is ticketed; a Community Access Pass application is available if ticket price is a barrier
