The Early Sparks Program is a comprehensive 5-week incubation initiative aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs in the Waterloo Region, providing essential resources such as free workspace, personal guidance from business advisors, and networking opportunities, while requiring participants to commit to weekly meetings and dedicated work on their business ideas.

Eligibility Criteria

• 18 years of age or older
• A resident of Waterloo Region
• Not a registered business owner in Ontario
• Proposing a new idea or expansion of an existing idea
• Prepared to complete the business training components of the Early Sparks program
• Prepared to attend weekly meetings for 5 weeks after acceptance into the program
• Prepared to commit to a minimum average of 8 hours a week working on the idea

Participation Commitments
