Eligibility Criteria

• UK-registered company of any size with a UK presence
• Project must have a distinct scope unlikely to materialise without funding
• Must lead to investment in a new or existing manufacturing facility for offshore wind
• Clear alignment with at least one of the five priority focus areas
• Intent to manufacture components for the offshore wind sector
• Not received 3 or more OWGP funding awards previously
• Demonstrate existing capability or plan for offshore wind
• Commitment to grow turnover, jobs, exports, and UK-based IP
• Credible route to unlocking capital investment
• Monetary or in-kind contribution to project costs
• Only one submission per company
• Explain necessity of OWGP support
