Eligibility Criteria

• Must complete MTC’s due diligence process within six months of application
• Startups should demonstrate high-growth potential and innovation

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a complete application by the deadline
• Must provide detailed financial projections and business plans
• Commit to raising the projected funding round within the specified timeframe
• Participate in MTC's due diligence process as required
