Eligibility Criteria

• 🌱 Have an innovative, research-driven idea supported by a clear business plan
• 👤 Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Hong Kong ID
• 🏢 Either be a Hong Kong–registered limited company incorporated within the past two years, or be willing to incorporate a Hong Kong limited company within two weeks of approval

Participation Commitments

• Must submit an online application and participate in evaluation meetings
• Participants must engage in mandatory training sessions and mentorship throughout the program
• Must present during the evaluation phase and complete due diligence meetings
