Eligibility Criteria

• Registered small and medium-sized enterprises
• Universities and colleges acting as coordinators
• Projects must be at TRL 2 to TRL 4 at the start of the project
• Each company may apply only once
• No age limit for applicants, including start-ups

Participation Commitments

• Projects can begin no earlier than October 15, 2026, and no later than December 01, 2026
• Maximum project duration of 12 months
• Applicants must demonstrate ownership or control of the solution
