Eligibility Criteria

• Startups must be based in Finland, Sweden, or Estonia
• Must have a digital product or service
• At least one founder must work full-time in the company
• Must be no more than five years old
• Must have an innovative offering with potential for rapid growth

Participation Commitments

• The programme begins in November 2026 and includes multiple stages.
• Participation in a networking summit in Uppsala in February 2027.
• Opportunity to present at Latitude59 in Tallinn in May 2027.
