Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a US-based C-corporation
• Have an open round being raised during BVC’s investment window (September through November 2026)
• Must have at least $500K in product revenue in the last 12 months or be pre-revenue with other traction metrics
• Currently raising between $250K-$2.5M in investment capital
• Participate in due diligence and present in-person at BVC on October 15-16, 2026

Participation Commitments

• Must present in-person at BVC on October 15-16, 2026
• Participate in due diligence meetings with investors
• Commit to raising investment capital during the BVC investment window
• Engage in the pitch process and be open to feedback

Target Region

Open to startups based in the United States, particularly those with ties to Oregon
