A three-month incubation program aimed at supporting underrepresented founders through curated programming, mentorship, and networking opportunities, designed to help them grow their startups effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Founders must be based in Massachusetts
• Founders should identify as BIPOC, female, or veteran entrepreneurs
• Candidates should come from socially or economically disadvantaged backgrounds
• Startups should be in early stages (building MVPs, pre-revenue) or growth stages (seed to Series A)
• Both for-profits and non-profits are eligible, but best suited for scalable and innovative businesses

Participation Commitments

• Participants must attend curated networking events
• Each established startup can have up to two representatives
• Founders/CEOs and decision makers are recommended to participate
• Some events will require in-person attendance
