Eligibility Criteria

• Must be recognized by DPIIT as a startup
• Must be incorporated as a Private Limited Company, LLP, or Registered Partnership Firm
• Must not be more than 2 years old from the date of incorporation at the time of application
• Must not have a turnover exceeding 25 crore rupees in any financial year
• Should be working towards innovation and have a scalable business model
• Should not have received monetary support of more than 10 lakh rupees under any other Central or State Government scheme.

Participation Commitments

• Submit quarterly progress reports to the incubator
• Maintain detailed fund utilization records
• Get company accounts audited annually by a Chartered Accountant
• Share audited financial statements with the incubator each year
• Participate in review meetings organized by the incubator.
