Participants will compete in regional rounds before advancing to the finals in Silicon Valley, where they will present their innovative solutions to a panel of judges and potential investors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Startups of all stages are eligible
• Must be a legal, registered entity
• Focus on technology-driven ventures solving real problems
• Open to African startups and those with a strong focus on African markets
• Founders must be ready to pitch to global investors.

Participation Commitments

• Must participate in the regional competition held from May 20-22, 2026
• Finalists will pitch before a panel of judges
• Commitment to attend the challenge finale in San Francisco if selected as a finalist.
