Eligibility Criteria

• Startups must be headquartered in Michigan or plan to be by the deadline
• Companies must have been founded in 2020 or later
• Companies must have raised less than $2.5M in dilutive funding
• Companies must have generated less than $1.5M in revenue over the past 12 months.

Participation Commitments

• Must participate in statewide events and competitions
• Engagement with the Innovation Alliance's network and resources is required
• Commitment to contribute to the growth of Michigan's innovation ecosystem.
