Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: Conference access requires purchasing a valid pass; the event is open to the global MedTech and HealthTech ecosystem, including startup founders, investors, healthcare leaders, government representatives, service providers, and corporates.
• Separate participation tracks have additional requirements: Startup Pitch applicants must hold a Startup Pass; CEO-Only Forum is limited to current CEOs of active medical device startups with a valid Conference Pass and requires application approval; Investor-Only Forum is limited to active medtech investors with a valid Conference Pass and requires application approval; Investor Pass and Buyer Connect require individual approval.
• Preferred: Startup Pitch selection considers innovation, market potential, and team experience.

Participation Commitments

• Ticket purchase is required for conference access: Standard Pass sale price €577 (door price €600); Platinum Pass sale price €1,923 (door price €2,000). No equity requirement is stated.
• Approved Investor Pass holders must attend solely in an investor capacity and commit to at least eight curated meetings with founders during the conference.
• Approved Buyer Connect participants must attend a minimum of eight curated one-to-one meetings; buyers who do not fulfil this commitment will be invoiced at the Standard ticket rate.
• Access to the Awards Gala and Cultural Tour requires a separate RSVP and is subject to availability, even for Platinum Pass holders.
