Eligibility Criteria

• Small Disadvantaged Business
• 8(a) Contractors
• Women-owned small business
• Service-disabled Veteran small business
• HUBZone

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a written application and complete the supplier onboarding process
• Must provide a capabilities statement outlining goods and services offered
• Must submit a semi-annual Progress Report on developmental assistance
• Must notify the mentor of any changes in small business status within 30 days
