Participants will engage in expert sessions, practical workshops, and entrepreneurial placements, culminating in a chance to win significant funding to grow their business.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to individuals aged 18-30 living in Scotland with the legal right to work
- Must have a business idea ready to launch within six months or have been trading for less than one year
- Applicant must own at least 50% of the business
- Must be committed to attending weekly workshops and monthly one-on-one sessions
- Must have considered the realities of running a business and seek support to make their idea a reality
Participation Commitments
- Must attend weekly workshops and monthly one-on-one sessions with the program team
- Must work independently on a business plan alongside program activities
- Must be prepared to participate in monthly mini-challenges
- Must confirm eligibility and ensure the business idea aligns with the program's criteria
