Eligibility Criteria
- U.S.-based business or U.S. subsidiary incorporated in the US
- Must have an ocean data or observation technology, product, or service that supports NOAA Ocean Enterprise Initiative goals
- Demonstrate potential for commercial success
Participation Commitments
- 📅 Commitment to participate — programming from September to December 2026
- 🌍 Two in-person weeks — in San Diego: September 14-18 and November 16-20
- 💻 Weekly virtual workshops — and mentor meetings
