Eligibility Criteria

• Open to startups based in Nevada
• Must be a legally registered company in Nevada
• Open to companies at various stages from MVP to revenue generation
• Participation is open to investors under the Nevada Certified Investor (NCI) law
• Diverse backgrounds of investors, including teachers and small business owners, are encouraged to participate.

Participation Commitments

• Must participate in the accelerator program activities
• Commitment to engage in the program for its duration
• Must present business progress and updates during the program.
