Eligibility Criteria

• Open to health-focused entrepreneurs from anywhere in the world
• Early-stage businesses typically no more than 3 to 5 years old
• Must not have secured over $1M in equity-based capital
• Annual revenue must not exceed $2 million for the current year
• Companies must be independently owned and health-based in focus
• Eligible concepts include health devices, health services, therapeutic development, health technology, nutrition, preventive healthcare, and medical devices.

Participation Commitments

• Attend at least one qualifying event (virtual and in-person)
• Complete the Entrepreneur Portal application by 11:59pm CT on June 15, 2026
• Registration is free for both qualifying events
• Each startup may register no more than 2 attendees per qualifying event
• Finalists must present their business plans to Investor Judges.
