Blue2Scale 2026–2027 Acceleration Program

About

A six-month national acceleration program will select 10 Algerian blue-economy startups for coaching, market access, and investment-readiness support, culminating in an Algiers Demo Day in April 2027.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be legally established in Algeria under an eligible legal status (SARL, SPA, EURL, SPAS, SPASU, or individual business)
• Hold an official Innovative Project, Startup, or Scale-up label, or have a labeling application currently under review
• Be based in one of Algeria’s 14 coastal wilayas
• Have reached at least the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage
• Operate in the blue economy, particularly in sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, marine biotechnology, the circular economy, coastal tourism, maritime digitalization, climate change adaptation, or innovative maritime technologies
• Projects at the idea stage are not eligible

Participation Commitments

• Submit an application through Soolvit by 2 November 2026 at 23:59
• Selected startups join a six-month national acceleration program
• The program leads to a Demo Day in Algiers in April 2027
