Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: pre-seed stage
• Mandatory: company uses AI or robotics to transform the built world, including real estate, construction, infrastructure or cities
• Preferred: impressive metrics and clear opportunities for growth in the market
• Preferred: potential to scale globally and solve large sector-wide challenges
• Preferred: clear benefit from Pi Labs' support in exploring expansion into the European market
• Selection process includes an interview for approximately 25% of applicants, due diligence and Investment Committee approval
