Eligibility Criteria

• Tech-driven startups are eligible
• Founding team must be fully committed
• Recommended team size is 2-4 members but not mandatory
• Company must be a U.S. C-Corp or willing to convert to C-Corp
• Global applicants must be able to participate in-person in New York City during the 4-month program

Participation Commitments

• Must participate in-person in New York City for the duration of the 4-month program
• Full-time commitment from the founding team is required
• Must deliver a pitch at the Demo Day event
• Company must be incorporated as a C-Corp or willing to convert during the program
