MVP Ventures Program

About

The MVP Ventures Program is a competitive grant initiative by the NSW Government aimed at supporting early-stage innovative startups in New South Wales, particularly those led by women, Indigenous founders, or located in regional areas, offering funding up to AUD 75,000 to assist in the commercialization of innovative products and solutions.

Benefits

• Up to AUD 50,000 for Stream 1 with 50% co-funding required
• Up to AUD 75,000 for Stream 2 with 25% co-funding required, specifically for women-led, Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses, and regional enterprises
• Supports pre-market development and commercialization of innovative products

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have an active Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Headquartered in New South Wales
• Must have an Australian financial institution account
• Registered under Australian Corporations Act or relevant Indigenous Corporations Act
• Must own intellectual property or commercialization rights
• Total revenue in the last three financial years must not exceed AUD 400,000
• Employee count must not exceed 10 full-time equivalent employees (including founders)
