Eligibility Criteria
- Technology and biotechnology companies based in New Jersey
- Companies must have fewer than 225 U.S. employees
- Companies must be unprofitable and have net operating losses or unused R&D tax credits
- Companies must not be affiliated with the purchasing corporation
- Companies must be able to demonstrate that they are engaged in a scientific process, product, or service.
Participation Commitments
- Applications must be submitted online with all required documents and fees
- Confirmation of application submission is required
- Participants must comply with all program requirements as outlined by NJEDA.
