Eligibility Criteria

• Nigerian-registered or in-progress startup
• Operates within the blue economy / maritime sector
• At least one Nigerian founder or co-founder
• Team of at least 2 members
• Startup stage: Idea, MVP, Early Revenue, or Growth

Participation Commitments

• Willingness to engage in all phases of the program
• Required participation in the hackathon event
• Submission of pitch deck and founder ID
