Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be women or girls
• Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years of age
• Must demonstrate interest in entrepreneurship and leadership development
• Must be willing to participate in all program activities
• Must be committed to applying the skills learned in their careers or businesses

Participation Commitments

• Must attend all training sessions and workshops throughout the 12-month program
• Must actively engage with mentors and participate in networking events
• Must complete all assignments and projects as part of the program requirements
• Must provide feedback on the program to help improve future iterations
