Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be private companies or NGOs
• A financial authority in the target location must legally authorize the applicant or its consortium partner to provide (interest-free) loans
• The current application round is open for the target location Benin only.

Participation Commitments

• Projects must take place between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2033
• Minimum project duration is 6 years
• Maximum project duration is 7 years.
