Eligibility Criteria

• Occupy or intend to occupy commercial space in Washington, DC
• Anticipate leasing or owning less than 15,000 square feet
• Have at least 5 employees who will work at the occupied space
• Create at least 5 new jobs over a two-year period
• Preference for applicants in high-growth sectors like Consulting, Communications, Education, Life Sciences, and Technology.

Participation Commitments

• Require employees to be on-site for at least 50% of their work hours
• Implement a workforce development program for DC residents
• Commit to spending at least 5% of total annual contracting with local business enterprises.
