Eligibility Criteria

Participation Commitments
- ⏳ Full program commitment from March 23, 2026 – June 30, 2027
- 📅 Attendance at program kick-off events on March 23-24, 2027, in Washington, D.C.
- 📅 Attendance at SHRM Talent Conference & Expo 2027 on April 10-13, 2027, in Denver, CO
