A pitch competition designed for local entrepreneurs to showcase their business ideas, offering cash prizes and opportunities for pitch enhancement through workshops and a showcase event. Participants can gain valuable exposure and support to refine their business concepts.

Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must make less than $100,000 a year
• Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area
• Competitors do not have to be a legal business entity to apply

Participation Commitments

• Finalists must attend the fall showcase on Sept. 24
• Participants must prepare and present a pitch
• Participants are encouraged to attend preparatory programs like Perfect Your Pitch
