Eligibility Criteria

• Legally registered organisations in Armenia
• Experience in startup incubation or acceleration
• Experience in grant management
• Experience in innovation ecosystem support
• Capability for transparent selection processes
• Strong financial management
• Monitoring and evaluation systems

Participation Commitments

• Project duration of up to 24 months
• Minimum 15% co-financing required
• Must design and manage the startup support platform
• Conduct merit-based selection of startups
• Provide mentoring and business support
