2026–2027 Enhancing Access to Spaces for Everyone Grant

A funding program providing financial support for projects aimed at enhancing accessibility in community spaces, specifically targeting municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, and Indigenous communities. Eligible projects can receive significant funding to implement retrofits that improve participation for older adults and individuals with disabilities, with a focus on exceeding existing accessibility standards.

Benefits

  Eligible projects may receive up to $60,000 for small capital projects

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to municipalities
• Incorporated not-for-profit organizations are eligible
• Indigenous communities can apply

Participation Commitments

• Applicants must attend one of the four webinars hosted during the application window
• Projects must be completed within the grant period
• Applicants must apply online through the Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON) website
