Eligibility Criteria

• Open to startups, government agencies, and research institutions from French-speaking countries
• The solution must be innovative and technology-based
• For the Best Technopreneurs award, the company must be led or co-founded by a woman
• The product, service, or program must be functional or demonstrable
• Applications must fall into one of two prize categories

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a functional or demonstrable product, service, or program
• Participation in the semi-final online assessment on September 16, 2026
• Must apply within the specified application deadline of September 1, 2026
• Must be available for the final deliberation and awards ceremony on November 15, 2026
