Eligibility Criteria

• Young entrepreneurs aged 18–35
• Must be from Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, or Sri Lanka
• Early-stage, tech-driven solutions for governance
• Must be available for online training in September and Demo Day in Bangkok in October
