Eligibility Criteria
- 🌍 Open to startups based in New York City, USA
- 💼 Must be in the Series A stage with annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over $3M or have raised over $10M from institutional investors
- 👥 Must manage multiple layers of management, not just direct reports
- ⏰ Must be fully dedicated to the startup, not a side project
- 🚀 Must be focused on addressing growth challenges such as management, revenue scaling, and overcoming growth loneliness.
Participation Commitments
- 📍 Physical Attendance
- Must attend the roundtable discussion in person on February 6, 2026
- 💵 Application Fee
- Payment of $100 required upon application, which includes lunch and beverages.
