Eligible businesses can receive grants, loans, and professional services to help establish or expand their operations in the Union Square area, contributing to the revitalization of the downtown environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Businesses must be located in the Union Square area
• Open to small businesses, first-time entrepreneurs, and large national businesses
• Must have a strong business plan and proven experience
• Priority given to businesses that activate street life and drive foot traffic
• Must be willing to make meaningful investments in the downtown area.
