Eligibility Criteria
- Businesses must be located in the Union Square area
- Open to small businesses, first-time entrepreneurs, and large national businesses
- Must have a strong business plan and proven experience
- Priority given to businesses that activate street life and drive foot traffic
- Must be willing to make meaningful investments in the downtown area.
Participation Commitments
- Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to long-term storefront investment

- Participation in the application process and compliance with fund requirements.
