Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a U.S.-based public charity with valid 501(c)(3) status
• Annual operating budget must be between $500,000 and $10 million
• Project must primarily operate within the U.S.
• No regranting of funds is allowed; funds must be used directly by the organization
• No fiscally sponsored projects or departments within larger institutions

Participation Commitments

• Must submit a project narrative and budget justification with the application
• Must define success metrics and a plan for sustainability after the grant
• Must include community voices in shaping the project idea
• Must demonstrate a clear problem that AI could help solve
