Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be residents of Lagos
• Must operate tech or innovation-driven startups that are less than three years old
• Must be tax compliant with the Lagos Internal Revenue Service
• Founders must present valid identification from the Lagos State Residents Registration Agency alongside their tax records.

Participation Commitments

• Applications will be assessed on merit by a panel from the Lagos startup ecosystem
• Each submission will be scored over 100 points, with a minimum threshold of 50 required to qualify
• Endorsements from experienced founders, investors, or ecosystem operators can improve chances of success.
