Eligibility Criteria

• Teams must have the technical and operational capacity to deliver results

Participation Commitments

• Must complete a pre-screening application online
• Shortlisted consortia must submit a full grant proposal
• Participation in a two-stage selection process is required
• Consortium must demonstrate commitment to gender responsiveness in leadership roles
