Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be 18 years or older
• Not a citizen or resident of sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, etc.)
• Must not reside in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency transfer is illegal
• Startups should be based in or serving EMEA
• Focus on DeFi, payments, or RWAs
• Early-stage teams with traction and growth potential

Participation Commitments

• Must complete a 12-week remote-first program
• High-impact in-person component in Cape Town, South Africa
• Participation in focused sessions, expert workshops, and hands-on exercises
• Commitment to building solutions on Stellar or for EMEA
