Eligibility Criteria

• Companies must be registered in Estonia

• Must be a legally registered entity with valid incorporation documents

• Must have reached Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 or higher (technology validated in the lab)
• 💰 Financial Requirements
• Must have received investment or public funding in the last two years and have no public debt
• 📊 Reporting Requirements
• Must submit annual reports on time
