Eligibility Criteria

• Open to Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organizations
• Open to Community Interest organizations
• Open to Businesses (must meet specific criteria) and larger organizations must be signatories to the Sustainable City Charter
• Open to Cultural institutions and public sector bodies
• Projects must be based in Westminster
• Projects cannot last longer than 3 years
• Post-project monitoring required for certain categories for a minimum of 5 years
• Registered organizations only (e.g., on company’s house or charity commission) and operational for at least 2 years
• Must have a bank account
• Compliance with council’s subsidy control guidance required
