The Enterprise Africa Network Fellowship Programme offers structured training, expert mentorship, and market access opportunities for youth- and women-led small enterprises across Africa, aiming to foster growth and job creation.

Eligibility Criteria

• registered and operating in an AU Member State
• formally registered as a business entity
• operating for at least two years
• employing a minimum of three full-time staff
• youth- and women-led enterprises encouraged

Participation Commitments

• 12 months of structured training
• attendance at continental events
• participation in virtual market-entry sessions for Tier 1 and 2
• submission of a written pitch and supporting document for shortlisted applicants
