The Enterprise Africa Network Fellowship Programme offers structured training, expert mentorship, and market access opportunities for youth- and women-led small enterprises across Africa, aiming to foster growth and job creation.

Eligibility Criteria
- registered and operating in an AU Member State
- formally registered as a business entity
- operating for at least two years
- employing a minimum of three full-time staff
- youth- and women-led enterprises encouraged
Participation Commitments
- 12 months of structured training
- attendance at continental events
- participation in virtual market-entry sessions for Tier 1 and 2
- submission of a written pitch and supporting document for shortlisted applicants
