Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a startup or spin-out based in the Liverpool City Region

• Company must be incorporated and have a bank account

• 📚 Workshop participation — Participation in educational workshops on investor readiness, finance, funding, sales, marketing, IP, regulations, and people
• 🎤 Demo Day — Attendance at Demo Day for follow-on investment opportunities
• 🤝 Mentor engagement — Commitment to engage with mentors and industry partners
