Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a startup or spin-out based in the Liverpool City Region
• Must be developing an innovative product or technology with a commercial opportunity at TRL 2-5 (experimental proof of concept or prototype)
• Company must be incorporated and have a bank account

Participation Commitments

• Participation in educational workshops on investor readiness, finance, funding, sales, marketing, IP, regulations, and people
• Attendance at Demo Day for follow-on investment opportunities
• Commitment to engage with mentors and industry partners
