The Steel Works Health Accelerator is a 16-week program designed to support health tech startups in Nebraska by providing mentorship, resources, and assistance in refining business plans and applying for federal funding, ultimately preparing them for investor presentations and market entry.

Eligibility Criteria
- 🌍 Geographic Eligibility
- Open to health tech startups located in Nebraska
- 💼 Business Stage
- Targeting pre-seed stage companies
- 🏢 Team Requirements
- Startups do not need to have a direct affiliation with the university
- 👥 Participant Limit
- A maximum of 6 startups will be recruited per cohort
- ⏰ Application Timing
- Currently open for applications, with a second round in summer.
Participation Commitments
- 📍 Physical Attendance
- Must attend all sessions of the 16-week accelerator program
- 🎤 Presentation Requirement
- Must present a business plan to investors at the end of the program.
